Web Journal of Current Legal Issues
The sister online, open access journal to the European Journal of Law and Technology – the Web Journal of Current Legal Issues – has traditionally been a journal which published articles related to common law issues. We intend to move towards a more European focus to the journal in future and invite the readership of EJLT to consider us for submission of articles. Articles which deal with pan-Europe issues and which take a relatively esoteric field of law and put this into a context for a wider readership are particularly welcome. We also welcome comments on European case law as viewed from different jurisdictions, and case law from European jurisdictions. More information
