Lectures.- Survey of eGovernment terminology, historical development, main strategies and policy, advantages, benefits and potential risks. How are fully electronic processes carried out.

Students must take a written examination and prepare a practical thesis. – The grades range from 5 to 1 (5 being insufficient). – The final grade is the average of the test, the practical thesis and its presentation; passing all parts is indispensable. – The exam consists of two comprehensive questions about the course topics. – The practical thesis can be developed together with fellow students. It deals with a concrete example; preferably it is a case study related to the student’s own workplace. The written work on the practice must be presented in plenum by means of electronic media.
