The expansion of the Information and Communication technologies is generating what is so-called "Knowledge Society". This involve among other things the automation of most of the proffesional activities. The dynamics of the Justice Administration, the systematic of the procedural norms and the casuistry of the conflicts that are given daily in a democracy, demands them to be solved in an individual way, dealing every case particularly. In this sense the gradual introduction of the ICT to the processes to solve the conflicts that arise daily in almost every law field, forces us to meditate and establish the limits on the expansion of the ICT in the digitalización of the procedural steps and the judicial activities. This is to make sure that every benefit is aplied and no error is commited, as well as the state of the art of the constitution of the Knowlegde Society. One of the most important thing to discuss are the ways or methods to accommodate its installation to the principles and rules of a democracy. This interdisciplinar Conference invites jurists and technicians, that are implied in these matters, to participate in the development of theoretical and practical aspects related with the Digitalización of the Administration of Justice. |
