Stage 3.- PROPOSAL OF THE LEFIS R+D+I MODEL.- 1.2.06 / 30.4..06.-

1. Activities.-

1) Development of the planned tasks,  in special as for the establishment of  the platform for R+D+I in LEFIS defined in the Stage 2.

2) Proposal of normalization and quality requirements for the platform for R+D+I in LEFIS

3) WG’s Workshop M3

2. Outputs.-

1) Proposal of  structure and objectives of the platform for R+D+I in LEFIS

2) Draft proposal of the legal aspects of the platform for R+D+I in LEFIS  

3) Proposal of  activities of the platform for R+D+I in LEFIS

Stage 4.-  FEASIBILITY OF THE LEFIS PLATFORM FOR R+D+I MODEL.- 1.5.06 / 30.6.06

1. Activities.-

1) Assessment of the implantation of the platform for R+D+I in several members of LEFIS (Stages 2-3)

2) Proposals on involvement of academic members in the LEFIS model  

3) Selection of participants for model implementation

2. Output.-

1) Report on the feasibility of the LEFIS platform for R+D+I model

Stage 5.-  JOINT PROJECTS.- 1.7.06 / 30.9.06

1. Activities.-

1) Elaboration of  several joint projects of R+D+I content, in accordance to the LEFIS rules (Stage 2-3): industrial projects

2) Elaboration of  several joint projects of R+D+I content, in accordance to the LEFIS rules (Stage 2-3): teaching and learning projects

2. Outputs.-

1) The put in practice of Joint projects

2) The establishment of the LEFIS network of R+D+I

Stage 6.-  PROOF OF THE LEFIS MODEL.- 1.10.06 / 31.1.07

Activities.-

1) Proof of the LEFIS model  network of R+D+I   by Members of the WG 4

2) Proof of the LEFIS model  network of R+D+I   by Members of the LEFIS Network and another interested partners

3) Carrying out of tests and surveys in the centers of proofs. The quests and tests will be defined by the WG5 (Quality) according to the criteria defined in Stage 3

Stage 7.-  LEFIS ACCREDITATION SYSTEM.- 1.2.07/ 31.7.07

1. Activities.-

1) Review of experiences and needs (reports, audits)

2) Workshop on the LEFIS accreditation system.- Beja (Portugal) M5

3) Drafting of accreditation rules for the LEFIS model  network of R+D+I
